The Different kinds of Followers

There have been thousands of articles written about leaders, now I want to write an observation I made on the people who follow these leaders. Basically, I broke it down to a few major catagories of followers, maybe you can identify when one you are. Read carefully, make sure not to miss anything out.

1) The Dandilions - People who play follow the leader. They have no opinions, no suggestions and no problems. Leaders love these people, they provide free labour. However these people are usually very smart, not wasting energy in politics and people pleasing, instead these people are constantly on the watch for better and more capable leaders to follow, ultimately "using" these leaders to reach their own goals.

2) The Love Grass - These are the leeches of the leaders, parasites of the pack. They stick to the leaders like glue, usually becoming their close friends. They are not capable of attaining the status of a leader due to their lack of influence, charisma and so on. However these people are usually the greatest influencers of all. They are the ones that pee into the river upstream when others are drinking downstream. They use their friendship with the leader to get what they want.

3) The rose buds - The premature leaders, these are the bane of the leader's existence. Whenever they oppose whatever decision the leaders make, they make sure that it is known and blown out of porpotion. Similar to the Love Grasses, they are still lacking leadership qualities but unlike the love Grasses, will gain them in due time. These usually do not become very good leaders, having too much ego and too little EQ. Everything's a race to them and they have to win all the time. The only reason why they are still following a certain leader is because they won't have much friends if they do not do so.

4) The weeds - These are the laziest of all people, they are always around but they just don't do much. Fueled by the fear of being lonely, these people will turn up are every gathering and do nothing at all. Generally these people grow up to be accountants, physics teachers, Computer analyist and accountants. The boring people. BOOOOO.

By now you should have realised that whatever I have written is totally bogus even though they might contain some truths. So please don't go around accusing all your love grass friends. Finally just a disclaimer, please do not label your boring friends as weeds, weed is a drug, boring friends do not take drugs.
